I purchased this stove top 2 weeks ago and I have been nothing but pleased with it's performance. The elements get hot within seconds and cooks evenly. I absolutely love the black surface, it is so easy to clean and I am truly a satisfied customer. I love my Whirlpool!

I bought a week ago. Have not used enough for an extensive rating. This Rating is based on limited use. Need to have additional choice as I truly have not used enough to rate quality for example.

I've owned this cooktop for almost a month now and am very happy with it. Installation was straight forward with the only exception that the bottom portion that goes beneath the counter was smaller than the cooktop we were replacing. It was a simple fix for my husband to add wood to both sides to better brace and attach the cooktop to securely. If you are installing in a brand new counter, this won't be an issue because you will have the item there to measure for your cut-out. It cleans up so much easier than the glasstop version. The heating elements and trays can be removed to clean up spills and crumbs. It heats quickly and cooks well.
