Great packaging, on time delivery, looks, appearance, price and performance! However, one of the gas controls isn't seated properly and leans a little to the right instead of completely vertical compared to the other three. If Kitchen Aid is to continue to lead the industry in quality, design and performance then you must pay attention to the small details such as mounting a control switch properly, perfectly and every time it comes off the production line. What's interesting is that we replaced our Whirlpool model which costs less, same manufacturer and parts, for a more expensive model believing we were getting even better quality and life expectancy. Almost a completely satisfied customer! Grade: A-

This is my first cooktop. I have been very happy with it. The black glass top is very easy to clean. I was looking for a cooktop to go with my black stainless appliances and this cooktop matches beautifully.
