We bought this range hood with a suite of kitchen aid product for our remodeled kitchen. Best Buy like most appliance stores they entice you to by all one brand for bigger discounts. So we included the range hood with our other products. They did not have a floor sample of the hood so we had to look at the pictures on the website only. When the range hood was installed we realized that the back is taller in height than the front so that the filter screens show. If you do any cooking there will be residue that will build and you will have to wash the screens daily so they will not look bad. This is a very poor design and beware of the Kitchen Aid and Whirlpool websites because they do not have pictures of the products install or do they have accurate specifications that detail the height in the front and back.
