Worst Customer Service Ever

My wmc30516as microwave stopped heating. I submitted a repair request online at whirlpool and was informed by the repair company that my model was under total replacement warranty and cannot be repaired. I was asked to call whirlpool customer service. I called up whirlpool support at least 3 times, was put on hold for 30 minutes at least twice, was lied to by customer service agents who said they will return my call, but disconnected and didn't call me back. None of the agents helped me. One agent put me on hold for 20 min because her "IT system was slow". My microwave has still not been fixed/replaced. I just don't have any more time to waste with whirlpool customer support. I am going to pay out of pocket to get another brand. Whirlpool phone support is the WORST.

They keep improving!

Have not used it for much more than heating liquids & food. I think the info booklet leaves a lot to be desired. Difficult to understand You need to re-write I and give more info about using the various features!
