Bought this in a package with Kitchen Aid Gas Range and Dishwasher. Thoroughly satisfied with all three appliances. They look great and operate up to our expectations.

So functional!

Love this microwave. Does it's job just fine as a microwave, but since our oven started malfunctioning months ago it has saved the day. We didn't miss a beat since we're able to fit full cookie sheets in this bad boy. No oven no problem...frozen pizza, bread, meat, cookies, etc. all cook just like they would in a normal oven. Looks great, fan does a great job, two light levels are super functional. Some have commented that the door is enormous and will hit you in the head when you open it. This is true, but necessary to fit full size cookie sheets for convection purposes. We haven't entertained such a large crowd that we've needed double ovens, but again this is a great replacement for the second oven if you wanted to make that swap. Only problem is we bought this at sears outlet and it came without the turntable support and tray. Anyone know which model numbers those accessories are?

When my seven year old LG microwave quit working for the second time, I decided to replace it rather than pay for repairs. I did days of research online and finally settled on this KitchenAid. We live in a remote area in Montana, so do all of our own construction and installation. Fortunately this unit fit perfectly into the existing space from our other microwave. This KitchenAid was actually more than we planned on spending but it's worth every penny. Very high quality and performs all the advertised functions. With the convection setting I've roasted chicken, baked cakes, pies, and bread (proofed the dough first with the warming setting). I've grilled meat, steamed vegetables, melted and softened cream cheese and butter, made perfect popcorn, pizza, reheated meals, kept food warm while preparing other items. It's remarkably quiet and has a pleasant tone when finished cooking. The interior is easy to clean. The door opens and closes with a nice secure feel to it. I especially like the door handle. It's got a nice shape and finish that's easy to grip and it's set far enough away from the front surface of the door that my husband can open it with his big hands without leaving fingerprints on it. The LG we had had a smaller curved handle, and he had trouble fitting his fingers behind it without smudging the black glass front. We've had the KitchenAid for about a month and use it daily, almost don't need the stove anymore. I really can't think of anything I don't like about it. I love it and only hope it lasts forever!
