I bought this thing in July.. it was installed in Aug. the end of Dec the display went. Fast forward to today (Feb 24th) and approx. 10 calls later they still don't have the part needed and I still don't have a microwave. I don't know how they don't have parts for a brand new machine. I can see if it was a "last years model" maybe then they could justify no parts but if they can't stand behind their products with a faster repair time... Next time, when this dies and it is not warranted.. I am going back to Bosch. Try to buy American, and they can't even fix their own products.

Really diggin' this microwave. It's totes legit, yo. Dis is so silent to the ear that I wondered if it was even functional at first. The plate spun and the light was on, so it looked like it was working. Once the timer went off and the food was hot, I was satisfied. Da cookin' sensor action is spot on. I had tested it over the last few weeks and it works well. I like this microwave. By the way, did I mention it cooks pizza!
