Terrible quality microwave

Under no circumstances should ANYONE buy one of these units. The door switch/electronics will go out within 6mo to 1 year (just out of warranty) and repeatedly want you to close and re-open the door and refuse to work. I bought this based on the last maytag I had for 14 years before the magnetron burned out, this has lasted 14 months and will be heading for the landfill next month. The engineer that designed this piece of junk should be fired. The door switch packs are a defective design, replacement costs 50% of the price of a new unit.

I have had this unit 2 months & almost everyday I find reasons I SHOULD NOT have bought it. Takes 1/3 longer for things to get hot. Turn table hard to put back on. "Wheels" it sits on very unstable & hard to put back on. If I could return it I would but it has been installed as a built in when remodeling my kitchen. Too hard and expensive to do. Stuck with it.

I have had it for about 2 months & find that when I set it the food is not as hot as my old one at the same time & setting. If item should be hot at 3 min. on old microwave I have to set it for 4 min. on new one.
