The microwave may not be flashy or look like something out of a designer magazine, but it functions like its supposed to. It cooks, defrosts and reheats exactly like you would like it to. The pre-programmed cycles actually work well, and defrost works without "cooking" the product.

Replaced a 9 year old whirlpool microwave with this new one. Major improvements to overall construction - particularly vent system and key pad.

Bought this a few weeks ago, the instillation was easy peezy and the features are everything and mote than we imagined. So far so good...love Whirlpool products.
