The current microwave seems to be performing well, however we have only had it for 2 weeks. The last one we had of the same model last only 13 months before we had issues. It was in for repair 3 times. Each time the repair only lasted for a short time and eventually it would not work. Hopefully, we do not have the same problem with this model. It was necessary to buy this model since the location the microwave is installed requires a zero clearance when opening the door.
