So pleased with this oven . Heats up fast and it's so beautifully quiet you don't even know Its on . Doors are sleek and sharp looking and love the wide blue interior.

This is my first wall oven and first double oven. From what I have cooked so far it has cooked evenly and is easy to use. It is easy to clean.

These ovens are just beautiful inside and outside. Inside they are a cobalt blue which is stunning! I love the led light inside which really lights up the inside while baking--you can see everything so clearly. Also, my main feature that I wanted is the time bake where you set the time to start, put in the food and it bakes and shuts off automatically. That is a hard feature to find now. I love it!!

This is an update to my previous post from 05/24. After many, many weeks of persistent follow up with both KA and Whirlpool customer service, it was decided that we had a defective product. KA upheld the 1yr warranty and replaced the entire unit. Since then, I use my unit almost daily and absolutely love it. It warms to temp quickly, maintains constant temp for long periods, and assists with wonderful baked results. There is very little noise during use: warm up or cool down, and the blue interior remains unblemished. So happy with this unit!

Do not buy:major defect with blue interior, KA won't resolve

I used my double oven for the first time on 5/15. I heard a loud crack/pop noise from the upper oven, and immediatelyopened to discover the interior blue lining had popped, resulting in several pieces of the lining cracked and continuing to splinter. I discontinued use, and called KA the next day-who sent a service technician out to investigate. The tech said this was a rare problem, that had to be from DEFECTIVE material, workmanship but that it was not a repairable or replaceable lining.KA considers this cosmetic, and has only offered a blue touch-up pen to 'repair'. The blue pen, per the tech, is simply a heat-resisitant arts & crafts cover up...it does not assist in sealing where the lining is no longer OR provide a sealent to the splintering areas. I spent 6hours on the phone with KA customer service-only to be told to email my claim with pictures and details for their review. I have emailed BOTH KitchenAid customer service and Whirlpool the detailed claim and have received NO feedback. None. The tech AND the KA rep said further use of the oven could cause further lining issues, so I am without a functioning upper oven after the very first use. I purchased all of my new kitchen appliances from Whirlpool and I'm besides myself for the customer experience I have received. I have only experienced KA taking all actions to weasel out of the warranty, which specifies replacement if poor workmanship. I'm ashamed to have fallen for this American made, American pride claim. They do not honor it.
