Makes to much noise

I have never had an oven or even known of any of my friends who has an oven that has a constant noise to it. From the time I turn it on until it finishes cooling down it sounds like I have a window barely open and wind is blowing through it. It is very annoying.

This replaced a Dacor double oven. There is a wide range of heating modes and a thorough reading of the instructions/manual is needed to take advantage of them. I like especially the ability to calibrate temperature to our specific expectations. While the display is easy to read, I would have preferred "up" and "down" arrows to adjust temperature and time as well as a larger central screen. The lights adequately illuminate the ovens.

Installed this about a month ago. Love the top convection oven. Can't imagine how awesome it is going to be to have TWO 30 in ovens for holiday cooking. They look awesome and work just as well.
