Spent $2100 on a double oven. Died after 2 years. To fix it I needed the model number which is in the oven that was locked when it died. Soooo...no model number. I called customer care...still on hold after 50 min. Tried to invoke their call back feature by pressing one. That wouldn't work either. Finally talked to someone and they said that they couldn't do anything to help get the door open. I don't understand why my car with thousands of little pieces can last much longer then a simple oven. The quality is simply not there.

Beautiful oven, well made, cooks evenly, terrific features... only negative is the amount of noise the fan makes and the popping sounds when heating and cooling

We upgraded through our builder to get these double ovens - so glad we did! I primarily use the top if I'm just baking one thing, but I've used both for multiple dishes. Even cooking, and I like the timer! Preheats quickly as well.
