If you do not pull the sliding rack out all the way it may result in the dish being on the floor since it will slope down

Removing, reinstalling the door is an awful process. My husband, an engineer, had to get on Utube. Instructions make no sense. On our old oven, the door easily came off and was easily reinserted. Cannot program oven for 2 rack preheat. Instructions tell you to take out the second rack (REALLY?). Other than these issues, I really like the oven.
