This wall oven is more user friendly than my old combination stove/oven. Not having to bend over to check whatever you are baking/broiling is a nice benefit. Controls are displayed across the top of the oven and is easy to program your baking needs. A broiler pan was NOT included in the purchase price. Apparently, you have to buy that separate.

bought Feb 2014. 1st use of self clean blew thermal fuse, oven inoperable. repairman said don't use this feature as oven gets too hot. Haven't used over 400 degrees since, and oven has had same issue 2 more times, the latest tonight. I have a family of 7 and this is getting ridiculous! 1 time I can see, maybe. but 3!!! I shouldn't have to foot the bill every year on a relatively new appliance. Whirlpool stepped up the 1st time reluctantly and covered the cost (barely out of the 1 yr warranty period). Can not recommend this product as reliable. I am very frustrated.

Will give more time but disappointed.

Will give some more time, so will update review. The fan is high pitched and annoying. The oven itself, snaps, crackle and pops, like Rice Crispies. The temperature ran low, I used a laser scan thermometer and the pizza looked like the oven measured...SO DISAPPOINTED as I researched and wanted to buy made in the USA products...Hoping to re review to the positive, but as of tonite, this will be a LONG SLOW waiting for it to wear out....

This oven came with the house we bought the end of May. When we looked at the house I was very excited to see a nice, big wall oven in the kitchen. I have been using this oven for 3 months now and I want to start off by saying I have really, really, really tried to like this oven. Like numerous other reviewers have said, the fan is noisy. And it runs continuously. I have found that if you keep the oven door open while it is cooling down the fan shuts off faster. This I can tolerate. But the one thing that I cannot tolerate is the temperature fluctuation. Preheating takes a good 20 minutes, if it even gets to the set temperature. But then when you open the door to put your baking items in, the temperature drops a good 25-50 degrees. Then, one of two things happens - the oven either stays at the lower temperature, or it goes back into preheat mode and heats to 10-25 degrees over the set temperature. I have to stand and watch every.single.thing.I.bake. I have to adjust the temperature up or down to try and get it close to the desired temperature. There is no way I can just put my dish in the oven and then go work on another part of the meal. I thought there might be something wrong with my oven. But after reading numerous reviews, this is how the oven was designed. I honestly do not know why you would design an oven that did not keep a consistent temperature. And "averaging" the temperature over the baking time does not fix it. It just makes you have to babysit every single thing you bake. As I stated before, I really wanted to like this oven, but that is just not going to happen.
