One item was missing from our purchase, apiece of foam that goes behind the control panel. Instructions were to contact Lowe's and have them order one. I had to call Whirlpool and received 2 answers, first I was told not to use the oven until this part came in, in March. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I could use the oven. I still wonder if this item is really not needed.

I bought this oven rite before Christmas. My wife used the confection feature. She got all be baked good done in no time. Its got a strong door handle, 3 racks and its so easy to clean. She absolutely loves it. I definitely recomend it
