Beautiful design that would fit any style kitchen. Both oven and microwave are easy to use and cook great. My only complaint is that microwave is difficult to clean.

Have not yet used the oven. Microwave is great! But a little complicated to use, we still need to refer to the manual for the many functions on it!

The glass turntable shattered upon first use. It's been 30 days and I am still waiting for service. I have no idea if Is defective glass, or defective oven. If Jennair wants to be in the high end market, they need to make vast improvements in service, and owners manuals. The manuals you get with Wolf products is far superior, with clear and complete examples of how to use a microwave/convection oven. Jennair' s is poorly written, and not meant for frequent reference; printed on cheap paper.

Microwave loud fan continues to run after done cooking Oven makes loud vibrations during baking Oven cool down fan (also very loud) runs forever after turning off

I had a GE Microwave/Wall Oven before this and the Jenn-Air is much better. Beautiful design. Heats evenly and is easy to use. I recommend this product!
