I am still learning all the features that this oven has available. With the culinary center I will never again have to guess on time temperature or even time to cook. I have made a pork tenderloin using the probe and it is my new best secret weapon in the kitchen!

This oven is awesome. I love the speed cook option. We use this more than anything now! I was worried going with something so digital and high tech....thought it would break, or I would not use the features....but now it's amazing. The other night I made a casserole. I selected the casserole option and clicked start. It cooked it to perfection and alerted me when it was done! WOW. So fun to use. I find myself clicking through the options so I can make new things.

I have had it less than a month and haven't had much chance to use it. I broil a lot: toast, steaks and chicken, Roast: chicken, vegetables, Bake: shrimp, pork, chicken, So far I've loved it but am very disappointed about the probe malfunctioning after one use and wonder if that is a reflection on the rest of the oven. I selected a high end product because my new condo came with a low end and I had previously used Thermador, for 20 years. Thermador wouldn't easily fit in the space the low end oven occupied so I went with JennAir based on reputation.

Have one on a new construction in Phoenix, bought an identical set-up for our remodel in New Jersey. Great combination with easy selections on the MW.
