Not sure about the touch screen. The fans keeps on running after turn off.

Very nice high-end unit. Glad my wife and I made the purchase. Love the powerful burners and griddle. Don't like the oven exhaust which is a little loud and runs for what seems to be an extended amount of time after baking is complete at the oven has been shut off.

Above rating points left blank because we have yet to use the range fully. Example: now waiting for a second service call so ovens can be tried. Just before Thanksgiving, we tried to cook using either of the ovens: kept getting an error message saying the appliance cannot be used due to low fan speed (??), call Jenn-Air. Did that. The fix suggested did not work on either oven, so called again, talked to three associates with the last one making a repair appointment for us with the local Jenn-Air repair shop, well, well after Thanksgiving. Made plans to eat out for the holiday. Two days later, got a very helpful call from another associate who stepped in and made an earlier repair appointment, apologized for non-resolution of the issue and offered compensation for the hassle. She was understanding and did all she could to get the ovens working, short of coming out herself. We will see how the next repair turns out before commenting fully on our use of the range. Oh yes, the gas cooktop does work, all burners, so that makes the considerable investment seem hopeful. We bought Jenn-Air due to its reputation and favorable reviews by users. I hope we can do the same.

When I remodeled my kitchen, I initially thought I wanted a a competing brand. Once I arrived at the showroom, I fell in love with Jenn-Air's design & function capabilities. I am happy I purchased this model. The only issue I have experienced is when I am using both ovens and most Burnes simultaneously for extensive periods of time (think cooking for holidays) every once in a while both ovens will turn off and need to be rebooted. They turn back on immediately, so it hasn't affected my creations.
