I'm not satisfied with how this oven cooks. the convection oven cooks unevenly and the slide-out rack has no back on it so when you slide it out the pans fall down the back. this means not only do I lose what I'm cooking but I have to clean the oven. plus I didn't realize that when you cook on the top the surface gets so burning hot and stays that way for so long. I'm nervous especially when my grandkids are here

I had a convection oven for years which I loved. This one needs some fine tuning. The timer is one ding - my old one kept getting louder and longer until I heard it. The timer is confusing to set and I keep having to turn off the oven and start again. Everything burns. Upper oven is either too close to the coils or the bottom burns. Over all, it works but not well.
