We've only had the oven for a few weeks, and it took a couple times of self-clean to get the new-product odor smell out of it before we could use it. The oven has worked very well and it is easy to clean. I love how the light comes on when you open it to check on your food. The buttons are easy to operate and understand. We've had other brands in the past and had trouble with them, so we are going to buy Whirlpool brand in the future instead.

I like it except for the glass top finish, they should include a sample bottle of the cleaner, first time I used it, I had a spill and could not get it clean, also leaves streaks, finally got cleaner/ polish to clean, had to use several times to get it clean.
