Purchased this a few months ago as the last appliance in our updated kitchen. Used to have an electric stove, no window, no convection. This is a VAST improvement! The grates had a slight height difference which made using the 5th burner a little awkward. A call to cutomer service resulted in new grates being delivered right away and the problem was solved.

Love the stove but wish that one of the two front burners was a regular one instead of a high speed burner.

It's only been 10 days but it seems to do everything faster. Faster heat, faster boiling, etc. Love the huge window in the door and the size of the oven too. And it's very smart looking.

I am not happy at all with my stove. I have not been able to use my oven until today 10-21-16 and then it takes forever to reach the desired temperature. When the timer goes off saying it is the temperature I need, I have to wait at least 5 more minutes to reach the correct temperature. I have had a repair man come out and he replaced the clock control and also the oven temperature sensor. I really feel with a brand new stove this shouldkk not need to be replaced. I bought because I had one for 19 years and never had a problem with it. Right now I feel I wish I wished I had bought a different name brand.
