I am a high-end builder and have installed ranges from all of the suppliers who service that market e.g. Viking, Thermador, Wolf, DCS, FiveStar, Verona etc. The JennAir range is more solidly built than most and as solid as any range at any price. The installation was the easiest ever - roll it in and with a cordless drill raise or lower the four corners to the perfect level in seconds.

Have used the over 3-4 times and the tempered glass in the door exploded while baking at 350 degrees. Still waiting for a part to repair the oven. Could have been very dangerous if someone had opened the oven when the explosion happened.

Error message displayed on control panel was unknown by JennAir repairman... but oven continues to work well.
