Would like to have had option on lower rack to fold down racks to accommodate larger dishes

We bought this a week ago and I am so impressed with how quiet it is compared to our previous dishwasher. The dishes are spotless. I love the top 3rd rack for large utensils. Didn't think I'd use it much but I do.

I had to replace my old dishwasher as it broke down. I did some research and decided to purchase this KitchenAid based on the reviews I read and recommendation from the retail store.

Replaced a Bosch dishwasher that was only 3 years old. The Bosch was extremely quiet but did a lousy job of cleaning. We use alot of large insulated tumblers so I had to remove the upper utensil shelf to make room. Otherwise, excellant product.
