They advertised a 10 year warranty. Heating element failed, molten metal can be seen. Cost of part not covered under warranty, nor service call. Warranty is misleading. Cost of repair almost equal to cost of a new dishwasher. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, EARLY FAILURE. Old unit replaced was a 15 year old Maytag.
