This is a simple no bells and whistles machine. I was particularly adamant that the silverware holder was not awkward to load and unload. This silverware tray meets that requirement. That being said, the design of the silverware holder does take away some loading space on the bottom. If I had a large family I would question the capacity and design of the bottom tray. Quiet and efficient in cleaning. Works good for me,

I bought this as a replacement for an old Whirlpool Dishwasher that had served us well for many years. This new one doesn't match up to the old one. Racks are not as accominatating to hold as many dishes. The top rack is a disaster. Everting tips or turns sidesway when closing. They bang together and I'm sure before long I'll get breakage. But I must add that eveything washes perfectly and comes out sparkling clean.

Have only used it a couple of times so far, but find it to clean well and is extremely quiet.
