It's broken upon arrival

We ordered one for our kitchen renovation and the product didn't work upon installation. We checked the electricity, and even replaced it with the old one, and could confirm everything was fine but this product. It's very disappointing as we could not install faucet until this one got fixed, and the customer service could not get a technician to come to investigate until four days later - By when our contractor will already be gone. Even I described our situation, the customer service still said there's nothing they could do. Like it's just your bad luck to get an out-of-order product. This is very frustrating and my suggestion is DON'T BUY this disposer!

I bought this to replace a very noisy 1/2 horsepower unit. The disposer met my expectations with respect to both its sound insulation and grinding efficiency. Although relatively expensive, it was well worth the cost. We're very happy with this purchase.

The disposal has stopped already. My wife and I are very displeased!!!!!! We thought that we were purchasing a quality product. Not so sure now11
