doesn't dry clothes

I bought this unit a few days ago. It doesn't dry clothes completely. It has to dry towels for 2 hours to get dry. I'm not happy, would not recommend this unit to anyone.

Very good performance at relatively modest cost.

Meets our needs perfectly. Provides the functionality we want without added (and costly) features we don't want or need. Does an excellent job drying all size and type of load.

Does not dry clothes.

I have only had this dryer for about two weeks. All vents are clear, but the dryer does not completely dry the clothes. They are always damp when the cycle is finished. I purchased a Maytag because of their reputation, however, I am very disappointed in this product. I must always put it on for a second cycle in order for the clothes to be dry. I'm sure that this will be reflected in my electric bill as well.

We are enjoying our machince, EXCEPT, we would really like a longer air fluff cycle. We do not dry our delicate items and sometimes the 30 minuets just doesn't do the job. Also we have not received the rebate offered when we bought both units.
