I just bought this dryer 6 days ago and I have had to run the dryer at least twice for every load to get our clothes dry. Our old dryer worked just fine, so it's not a venting issue. I am really frustrated!

I just moved in a new place with a maytag mct dryer. Since moving in I have not been able to dry my clothes with out turning the dryer on at least twice. The clothes always seem damp after the first time, and I have tried every type of cycle. My dryer is still under my home warranty, so I contacted them and they sent a repair man out. He came out and spent about 5 minutes looking at it. From what I could tell, all he did was check the lint trap, and he ran the dryer to check the heat and spinning. His final conclusion was that it was a venting problem. I seemed skeptical, so I pulled the flex vent out checked it for clogging which there wasn't any. I then directed the vent out the window and ran it one time with a load. Once the cycle was complete I checked the clothes and they were still damp. At this point, I'm looking for a suggestion of what could be wrong because I do not want to have another repair man come out and tell me it is a venting issue and charge me $75.

Excellent machine no less than my other ones I have owned.
