Not a good machine

This model is a piece of dogdoo Not recommended. I have only had this for 2 months and regret the purchase.

Huge, fast, dry

This dryer handles huge loads, including bulky items, and dries them evenly in less than an hour. It is quiet, except for the "Finished" buzzer, which we can hear from anywhere in the house. We use the auto dry setting, and don't have problems like shirts getting stuck inside of sheets, and still being wet (our old dryer had that problem). The controls are simple and easy to use. Despite being huge on the inside, this is the only (non-stackable) dryer we could find to fit in the limited space of our laundry room. The filter is very efficient at capturing lint, so it should be emptied after every load.

First month operation smooth. Runs relatively quiet. Auto sensing saves on electricity. Easy load drop down door. Priced right. Rapid install.

Does not dry clothes in the first run

I bought this a month ago along with washer. Washer seems to be working well but dryer does not seem to meet the standards. Everytime we put clothes in dryer, we have to run it twice and sometimes it's thrice. Whirlpool either need to fix the fundamental problem with the product or discontinue and introduce a new model which works better and dries the clothes in first run.
