I bought this appliance about a month ago and I am so glad I did. I haven't used all the features yet but love the ones that I have used. One cycle and denim jeans are dry. Love it!

I have no concerns with this dryer; works as expected, runs quiet, multiple options, drum light, you name it; very different from the basic appliances of the past.

2 months into it, the spin cycle quit. The service guys came out 3 times to finally get it working. However, they replaced nearly everything inside the machine. Had it torn down to the shell. Computer board, and the whole drum was replaced. That tells me that if Whirlpool is willing to pay 2 service guys and 3 trips, and have to replace all the guts of this machine, then they are overpriced to begin with. They could have sent us a new washer for less than it cost to send them out that many times.

Our 2 year old GE dryer broke down so we forced GE to buy it back from us. Based on an appliance repairman's recommendation we purchased this Whirlpool dryer. We've only had it for a short time but already like it much better.
