This dryer actually surprised me by its efficiency. Due to a recent relocation I had to downsize my washer and dryer. An appliance installer advised me to go with the Maytag Bravo. Wow! Both the washer and dryer are efficient if small (to me). This dryer dries loads evenly and very very efficiently. Excellent lint catcher. Actually quiet for its end of the appliance line spectrum.

PURCHASED THE DRYER THREE MONTHS AGO AND HAD REPAIR CALLS THREE TIMES SO FAR. HAD AN OLDER GAS MAYTAG AND IT WORKED FINE FOR YEARS. SORRY WE LET IT GO.

I bought this dryer a few weeks ago and have never been happier with a gas dryer!
