Had for two weeks. We had Whirlpool front load in our old house. Our new house had an LG top load and the motor housing went caput. This is machine is quiet and does not vibrate - it is on the second floor of our home. You can't hear it downstairs. Also, the spin cycle is awesome! Our top load LG must have been awful or not working well for some time because our dryer times have been cut in HALF! I would buy this machine again in a heartbeat!! American made and great.

I bought the washer Dryer pair and love the capacity of this washer and the fact that the opening is not small which was a complaint with my previous brand

This is my second Whirlpool front load washer. There have been many improvements - the steam feature is great! However, I only gave it a 4* because I still have that icky smell when I use the heavy duty wash feature. The smell is not in the clothes but in the air in the laundry room. NO CLUE why this happens but am very happy with the machine otherwise.

I bought the machine a couple of weeks ago after my Whirlpool Duet washer stopped spinning and draining after 10 years. I loved my washer and bought the 85 model and it is a close match to my Duet dryer. Same great features.
