Whirlpool 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer with Load & Go Bulk Dispenser

It's a good washer but difficult to get the soap drawer in.

We upgraded our washing machine from a 12 year old Kenmore front loader to this 4.5 cu ft model. The wife just loves the new machine

Do not waist your money on any Whirlpool products.They have the worst customer service. Shop around

I have had three service calls on my new washing machine and have talked to Whirlpool three times and no one can explain why when I set the machine on a normal wash setting and set it for warm or hot water all I get is cold tap water. Their technicians say this is okay since the tap water must be warm enough. When I set on other wash cycles such as towels, heavy duty or whites I can get warm or hot water temp. The service person that came out agreed that this machine is not working properly. When he called Whirlpool to get approval for a new computer board to put in he was told that this is working properly. The service person told me if I want a warm wash for my light colored clothes to use the towel setting which lasts almost 30 minutes longer than the normal setting. This is stupid. I can't believe how I cannot get a satisfactory answer to this problem or a resolution and how the technicians can say this is how the machine should work. I have another new LG at another house and when I set it on normal wash warm I get warm water. This whirlpool machine is the dumbest machine and would never recommend it. I am considering throwing it out and buying another brand.

It works very well on the steam clean setting. Every other setting gives unaacceptable results. It has lots of bells and whistels but we only use a few settings regularly. Next time will get a top loader. Difficult to see inside even with drum light, Load n Go dispenser never empties, it just dilutes dispenser after each wash. Service reps say blow back is expected and refused to make service call after 2 repair attempts. I just pour soap into the drum. It looks pretty.....
