I bought this appliance about a month ago and am so glad I did. It uses such a small amount of water that I didn't think the clothes would be clean...but they are! Love it.

i am very happy with this washer so far. i love the technology and efficiency doing laundry is easy and gets it done with larger cleaner loads. not sure how to get heavy rugs to spin dry however.

There is much to love about this washer. The wash and spin cycle is much quieter than my previous Whirlpool top load. That said, the drain cycle (pumping out water) is rather noisy and seems to sound like a major vibration; perhaps just the pump noise. I've isolated all the water lines (multiple as one goes from a Y to the dryer for steam) to insure it is not those stainless lines that are vibrating against the back of the washer; but the noise appears to come from inside the washer. Short of that, this would get a 5 star. I really like the "load & go" feature not having to reach for detergent each time. Marking "quality"; but unsure as it is still new

It's only been a month, but I'm loving it. One suggestion I have to anyone that purchases this is to not flip the door to the other side. I had it done be the delivery/installer since I have them stacked and the washer was broke and beyond reasonable repair within hours. They had to come out and replace the entire washer. Maybe my installer didn't know what he was doing or maybe it was a lemon. Either way, just sharing my experience. That hiccup aside, this is an amazing machine! I'm very pleased.
