No gentle spin on washer, or it's broken.

The washer gentle cycle does not have a gentle spin I assume, because clothes come out wrinkled and tangled. Two repairmen have tested it and find nothing.

We bought this washer less than a year ago. It was a display one apparently and we got it for $500ish when you include taxes and delivery. Ive spent more time and money on rewashing clothes than i ever have!!! The rinse and spin cycle gets maybe, almost half a load wet. And that's just so i can wait the next hour for it to randomly spin but not actually clean!! I hate my Maytag washer and resent the fact that I spent that much money for what i get!!! It is nice to see that someone has a brain and discontinued this model. I'm sure the Maytag man is breathing easier now....

I bought this washer in May 2017. It's my first HE washer so one of my first loads containing blankets became unbalanced. I have since learned that placement of the laundry evenly in the washer is key. I like the high capacity of this washer. It is quiet and has saved me $$ on my water bill.

This has to be the worst machine ever, never buy a top load machine without agitator , clothing still comes out smelling sweaty and dirty . when washing small to medium bedding, it will not wring out the water. God knows what it would do with heavy bedding. Gonna try and sell for what I can and go back to a front load!!!
