HATE HATE this machine

If you love to iron your clothes then this machine is for you. All items come out twisted and knocked up. I have had to iron most everything as they are so wrinkled up from being twisted in knots and I hate to iron. I have added water so it will at least barely cover the clothes. I have always had Maytag washer and dryers but never again will I buy one. Wish I would have kept my old washer and tried to have it repaired. I think people know how much water is needed to clean their clothes, we don't need a machine to tell us. This washer is also very loud with grinding noises during the cycles. So sorry I bought this washer.

This washer has been great so far. It washes our clothes real well and seems like it will last longer. I did take out THD 5 year warranty however. along with the factory warranty with 10 years on certain parts.

I just bought this washer and it does not fill up with water except for about an inch for every load. Not understanding how you clean clothes with no water. Tried deep fill. Did not work. So far not impressed with how my clothes are coming out. Clothes get all mangled after finished. Not impressed at all with my purchase.

I have had this washer for less than a week but already love it...but heaven forbid I ever need to call customer service as I did today. I'm not recommending this or any Maytag product until your customer service line improves. I hung up after waiting 40 minutes. Went to the "chat" feature and received an initial chat that my wait would be 74 minutes, and finally called the store I purchased from to assist me with a feature question. Although I'm enjoying my new washer, I'd not buy Maytag again.
