LOVE the capacity

While I love the features of the machine, I'm not super impressed by the washing... It does use less water, which is great, but I find that I have to rewash things sometimes, which is frustrating (especially when it takes 2hr+ to do a load). Washing comforters/bed linens seems to be the main problem I have. It never finishes a full cycle bc it becomes imbalanced, even though I have followed the instruction manual on how to load the machine (since it doesn't have an agitator in the middle).. I have 3, 11, 13 yr old children and a husband... so we have a ton of clothes and having the larger capacity is really nice. Comes with a 10yr warranty on the motor, which is also peace of mind.

I bought it Jul 19th and I love it. I bought the 5.3 so I could wash my comforters and it does a great job. My husband and I were trying to look inside while it washed b/c the glass is tinted and the water comes the sides with no agitator.

I love this washer. Its huge and holds a lot of wash and is very quiet. Its also very nice looking.

Clothing comes out smelling so clean, The size of this washer cuts my loads in half. So glad I decided to get a new washer. the old was working, but loud. this washer is so quite.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it works great. It has so many features, I doubt I will ever use them all. The only thing that's a little concerning, which has absolutely nothing to do with the product, is it's hard to reach the bottom of this machine. I'm about 5'9", and I have a very hard time getting clothes out that have flattened out around the bottom. However, I will forgo that little inconvenience. This product is great!
