Improvement over LG

Very happy so far ... cycle times and cleaning result much improved over front loading LG we had prior. Plastic lid had small chip under protective plastic but does not affect performance. Description also stated it was a steam machine, but this is NOT a steam cycle model. Still satisfied for partner price I paid.

I have not had this machine very long, less than a month so am still figuring out if I like it or not. One of the things I DO love is you can put a huge load of laundry and it will save time on the length of time you spend doing laundry. That said, I did a smaller load one day and pulled out a pair of jeans and a pair of khaki pants and they both still had dry spots on them. I had the setting on normal load, and was distressed to find dry spots. The next time, and from then on I set it on deep water also. That seemed to have taken care of the dry spots. But I shouldn't have had to set it on deep water. It doesn't have much of an agitator, and I still can't see how it can possibly clean clothes better than a tall agitator and deep water. But smelly socks come out smelling clean so I guess it's doing its job. I have washed a queen size quilt in it and a large sleeping bag and they came out clean, it's wonderful for big, bulky things like that. I don't have to take them to the laundromat anymore!

I'm 5'5" and I have to get on my toes to reach the bottom. Love it. Only small annoyance is that the detergent dispenser has a small amount of water after the cycle finishes.

I love the extra large tub. I can put 2 loads in at once. I like that the sanitize feature will sanitize and not melt you clothing.
