I am in agreement with the review from Hilton Head Island (see right hand door) who also did not like the new interior design. I too was replacing an old Kitchenaide bottom freezer/one top door that I just LOVED! This new design does have interior design flaws; example - when opening the door, I find myself having to constantly close the butter compartment as it's door starts to pop open each opening. You are limited on shelf adjustment - in both the door and interior. I agree with the other review and that you have less storage in this model. Frustrating.

This was a replacement for a 5 year old refrigerator from Kitchenaid that failed and could not be repaired. thanks to extended warranty, the replacement only cost the shipping and set up. It is very quiet and functional and has lots of lights inside.
