While not our latest model, this Sub-Zero 27" Integrated refrigerator/freezer may be the perfect replacement for your current refrigerator - or the perfect size for your upcoming kitchen project. Like all our Integrated models, it can virtually disappear into our d(eback)cor, with neither a hinge nor grille visible, for the ultimate in design flexibility. And it has many of the food preservation features that have made Sub-Zero the standard of excellence.

Dual refrigeration provides the ideal humid yet chilly conditions for fresh food, along with dry, frigid air for frozen foods. Superior door seals with extra-heavy construction and magnetic gaskets seal in cold air as tightly as possible. And electronic controls precisely control temperatures. The 700TCI has a generous storage capacity of 10.2 cu. ft. in the refrigerator, 5.1 cu. ft. in the freezer.

This technology pioneered by Sub-Zero features separate compressors and cooling systems for the refrigerator and freezer. Fresh food stays fresher in cool, moist air on one side, while frigid, dry air prevents frost and freezer burn on the other - optimum preservation conditions for each type of food.

Every component of every single Sub-Zero unit is tested in our U.S. manufacturing facilities before assembly, then every completed product is factory-tested for up to 24 hours before shipping. In our labs, components are subjected to electric jolts, violent vibrations and 350 temperature swings, and tested to stand up to at least 20 years of heavy use.
