Our old kitchen aid was the exact size but side by side. It was 15 years old when we finally replaced it. While there's not a ton of innovation I would say we are most pleased with the wide French door opening, the interior lighting, the drawers in the freezer and the shelving line up inside the refrigerator

We purchased this unit about 6 weeks ago and so far it has worked beautifully. It looks stunning and I can't believe how much room it has inside. I don't regret our decision to buy this refrigerator at all!!

It is just terrible! I begged my husband to get this fridge but it is horrible! The Ice maker sucks! Just try to find something in the fridge.... Let alone have room for platters. I ended up buying a old time fridge for our garage to hiouse platters and big ticket items. I have never, ever, ever regretted spending so much money for such a sub- par appliance! Do not buy this fridge. Not to mention..... All of my friends were here recently for a party and they all agreed that this fridge sucks! Wish I could take it all back and start over!

Refrigerator was purchased in August 2015. Since then the frostless freezer has frosted over several times. The warranty covers the repairs. However in a span of 6 months the repair company has come to fix the same problem three times. This last repair happening less than a month after the last service call and requiring the same repair plus the replacement of the control panel. Kitchenaid refuses to replace the refrigerator. The refrigerator door constantly beeps when open because the refrigerator can't hold the temperature. Poor product quality, poor customer service, and poor warranty. This is not worth the almost $10,000.00 retail price.

We miss the convenience of having water and ice available on the door. Ice machine location is awkward and hard to turn off and on, excess ice spills behind refrig door. Space in freezer not easily accessible, needs better way to separate items in drawer. Refrig door shelves heights not flexible enough, as adjustment spaces are limited due to bulk of shelves on door.
