I bought this a litte over a year ago and have had it break down mulitple times. We've had a service tech out 4 times, to repair under warranty which began on 6/2 and still isn't fixed almost two months later. Maybe it will be fixed on the 5th visit? They've replaced parts and still having trouble, will say when it worked, it worked well!

I have had this machine for a year and it works great . Be careful installing a new filter because if you accidentally put it in upside down , which is easy to do , you can't get it out !
