Whirlpool 36-inch Wide French Door Refrigerator with Crisper Drawer - 25 cu. ft.

I purchased this fridge less than 2 weeks ago. I have had to contact Whirlpool twice. Main issues are the freezer. Also Whirlpool send a replacement model without informing us when the original model we ordered is no longer available. The model they sent already seems to be poor quality. I thought freezers did not frost up and accumulate ice. That went out years ago. Still waiting on technicians to come and evaluate the issue. I was told it may take a couple of months for replacement parts. Not very pleased with the product so far

We bought this appliance 7 months ago with an extended 5 year warranty....we have had the service dept out here 7 times to try to fix the freezer that is always frozen over. Final result is that after replacing gasket, and door....we find out that the frame of this refrigerator is warped. We cannot replace it because it has been discontinued now. Many phone calls to Whirlpool on hold for 45 minutes at a time and I get rude "customer Care" operators who told me they don't car how I feel and they don't care about my inconvenience. They also told me that they have no supervisor. I will NEVER suggest my friends buy anything Whirlpool.... or any of the other names of associated product made by Whirlpool. Bottom line... they gt your money and they no longer know you. My brother bought a Whirlpool refrigerator one month prior to my purchase and his model, has also been discontinued and his refrigerator will be replace when the Whirlpool people get around to it. Additionally, there is no reimbursement for lost... freezer burned food.....thats our problem.

my overall experience has been horrible. Ever since May I have been trying to fix my refrigerator (it has been over frosting, which leads to leaking). A new part was suppose to come in, but i still have not received it (keep in mind that it's July). I'e contacted Gunico and Whirlpool services about my issues and they have yet to be resolved. Dreadful customer service. I am highly dissatisfied.
