We bought this a month ago after battling problem after problem with another high end major brand. Whirlpool was highly recommended by our appliance repairman as well as friends and neighbors. We are very pleased with our choice and look forward to adjusting our rating to 5 Stars in the near future if it's level of performance continues. All indications are that it will.

Brand new and the refrigerator is not cooling

Serviceman is coming out tomorrow replacing thermostat and board to see if they can finally get the refrigerator to cool properly.

Overall good value, but fit and finish of unit could be better (insulation in door appears to hve expanded too much causing door top plastic trim to not fit as well as it could).

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and love the French doors. Everything fits in there better then the side by side I had before.
