Our new fridge has been working wonderfully and we love it but there is one critique: there is limited space for taller items, like milk, juice containers, pitchers, etc. There is essentially only part of one shelf and one part of one of the doors where such items can fit and thus they are packed all the time. We are considering removing a shelf to allow for more even though the overall shelf space may be decreased.

I bought this a month ago and I see scratches on it already. I polish it frequently with a soft cloth and these scratches still won't come out from the edges of the handles where the plastic was on it air tight. The plastic lining on the bottom half of the freezer is still on and very difficult to peel off the bottom and looks terrible. I would hope in the future that Whirlpool makes it less air tight. Just saying!

This is the perfect refrigerator, I have a narrow kitchen built back in the 70's and this refrigerator opens and someone else can actually walk past, which with my old refrigerator the door opened so wide it blocked anyone else in the kitchen. I think it's great!!! I would highly recommend it!!!
