Worst purchase ever!!!!

I want to warn anyone that wants to buy this refrigerator not to. This company sucks, the customer service is horrendous, and after 2 months of not having a refrigerator work I don't know how long or if the refrigerator will ever work again. The only good reviews are from people that got this for free so they obviously don't care if it breaks down. But for the rest of us that have paid over 2500 dollars, this refrigerator is a waste of money. I've have 6 now going to 7 techs and the refrigerator is still not working. And they say to reply to them on the bottom of the review but don't bother they don't respond. I call and the customer service representatives could care less. I've written a letter to corporate and I will continue to write reviews, call, and send letters until they either fix or get me a new refrigerator. I wasn't given this refrigerator for free, it is not fair that this company treats you like garbage please don't purchase anything from whirlpool.

correction on my rating it is actually 0 stars. I have been without a refrigerator for 5 weeks now and whirlpool seems to not care at all!!! not only has my refrigerator not been working this companies customer service is the WORST! they have messed up on multiple service call times and have yet to apologize for messing up on the times they schedule for service calls to come out which has caused me to be 2 hours late to work. Another time i called off just to have them not even show up again no real concern about them messing up or about me having to miss work. I now have to wait another 4 days for them to come out and see if that even fixes the problem. these refrigerators aren't cheap and whirlpool doesn't seem to care how long you have been without a refrigerator or how long they will take to fix it since they already have their money. I have a diabetic mother and two children at home and they show no sympathy at all. this company is a joke.

I have owned dozens of whirlpool products over the years and I have never encountered any to have the issues that I am having with this Refrigerator. I have had 5 technicians to my home to repair it within the first 3 months of ownership. I have lost the entire refrigerator contents 3 times, including medication for my diabetic father. The technicians have replaced door hinges, control boards and coils. On the last visit they could not find any issues yet the fridge runs at a cool 60 degrees. The freezer works great. The techs are stumped and so are the people at whirlpool. Whirlpool needs to do something especially since I spent over $2500 for this unit. But they have refused to do so.

Ice Maker problems

Very disappointed with this product!!!! The ice maker doesn't work. The ice either gets stuck or it just stops working all together. Now, the door to the ice maker is jammed. We've always purchased Whirlpool however, our recent purchases of this refrigerator and a washing machine have been extremely disappointing.
