Glad I didn't listen to all of the negatives

Only 2 months in but so far I am not experiencing the negatives that others commented on such as too noisy. The only noise issue is the sound of the ice maker when it begins to drop it in the bin. probably wouldn't get the middle drawer option again though because it limits the large items I can fit in the top, such as milk and casserole dishes. I like the drawers in the freezer.

3 service calls in 4 months. First, Frosted over freezer. Bad rails. Next call, Evaporator is dying. This is a BRAND NEW fridge!! Repair man has to disassemble it and put parts in correct position. Will be without refrigerator for 3 days during repair. Top draw in freezer snapped off in month 3. Whirpool will not pay for it. Plus, the refrigerator came dented. No one would replace the panel. This was my very first Whirlpool and definitely the last. Extremely disappointed in Whirlpool and this product.

Purchased in July 17 and love it. Love the extra drawer being able to access items without opening the double doors. Freezer has 3 compartments, roomy and easy to see what's inside

I love the adjustable shelf and all of the extra storage space this refrigerator provides. We also really like the measured pour feature for water and the drawer between the fridge and freezer is great for kid-level snacks.

We bought this in April 2017 and delivered May. Have had problems with water and ice on freezer door. Repairman out three times. Defective door. Been waiting over13 weeks. No door. They say they ran out of stainless steel. They finally pulled door off of model in store. Still same problem. Repairman said could also be rails. New door still on order. Repairman said when new door arrives if problem still exsists they will replace door and rails. We should not have to wait this long. I am not a happy customer
