Not what I expected! Poorly designed!

First the door swing jumps and hits my counter. Poor design. 2nd the air flow baffler sounds like an animal growling each time you open and shut door. 3rd the refrigerator top shelf 12" in FREEZES everything! The refrigerator started doing this 6 months after purchase, hence 2 service calls later and my 3rd this week. FIX the darn thing! But the service man said I have to live with it! Not good enough!

The size is great but the noise, water not cold , door fit and thin plastic door shelves are very poor.

Bought open box item. Works great. Replacement parts to make it whole were provided. Love ice cube size and shape. On off switch for ice maker in odd spot. Other controls pretty simple

We bought this a month ago and the 2nd week we had it, the shelf in the door fell out and completely cracked. Not so happy about this.

This wasn't even a factor in my decision to buy, but before I purchased this refrigerator, I had a hard time getting my grandkids to drink water. Now, they love to get a cup, put it under the ice and water dispensers, push the button and drink cold filtered water to MY heart's content! I'm amazed! I can lock it, but I'd rather see them drink up, and any little spills they make are easy to wipe up. I love everything else about this refrigerator, but getting the kids to drink water turns out to be the best part! P.S. My 20-year-old refrigerator still works, and it's a Whirlpool! We put it in the man-cave.
