Very happy with this fridg. It's only downfall for me is that it doesn't have a child lock.

I bought this product a month ago for a bar that I have in the basement of my home. Overall, the product is very nice. It looks sharp and is functional. The problem is the refrigerator's door does not seal and close properly. In fact, there is so much space between the seal and the frame in certain places that you can see into the fridge. Upon seeing this, we called KitchenAid who immediately sent out a repairman. They ordered parts and tried to fix the problem, but after 4 visits, the issue still isn't fixed, and KitchenAid still will not replace the product. Aside from the fact that I have had to go more than 2 months without a functional refrigerator, the inconvenience of all of the calls and repair visits is unbearable. One of the reasons I paid a premium for a KitchenAid was because I expected the fridge to be well made and without issues like all of this. I guess I was wrong.
