The wine cellar finishes the kitchen. No more storing wine in the refrigerator. When guests arrive their eyes are drawn to the lights in the wine cellar. As a part of remodeling the kitchen we selected an entire suite of Kitchen Aid appliances and they make the kitchen look so elegant.

We purchased the previous model (KUWS24LSBS), and it quit working after 11 months. Since it was still under warranty KitchenAid sent out Appliance Express to fix it. Three techs have now been out and it still doesn't work. The 1st tech spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to diagnose the problem long distance and then informed us he would need to order parts. A week later a 2nd tech came by, and after a considerable amount of time on the phone, told us the 1st tech had ordered the parts for a different model. A 3rd tech came by today, and informed us the new "correct" parts would not solve our problem. So after 3 weeks of dealing with KitchenAid and their service providers our wine fridge still does not work. I contacted KitchenAid again today and was told there was nothing they could, or would do other than send out another tech. Our KitchenAid wine fridge has been nothing but an experience in frustration and incompetence. I would give KitchenAid and their service 0 stars if I could but their ratings force you to give then at least 1 . . .
